Robert J. Molinari is an Associate Attorney with Montefusco Law Group.. Mr. Molinari received his undergraduate degrees from SUNY Stony Brook in Political Science and Philosophy. Mr. Molinari later attended Touro Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctor in May 2020. While at Touro, Mr. Molinari was a member of the Touro Law Review, where he served diligently as a Notes Editor. As Notes Editor, he was responsible for mentoring, editing, and advising Law Review members on their legal and academic articles.
Mr. Molinari received the CALI Award for Excellent Achievement for his course work in Legal Accounting. Additionally, Mr. Molinari received the Pro Bono with Distinction award for his dedication to the service of underprivileged indigent individuals through Touro Law’s Bankruptcy Clinic.
Also, during law school, Mr. Molinari had the privilege to clerk for the Honorable Anthony S. Senft in the County Court of Suffolk County. While there, Mr. Molinari conducted legal research regarding New York’s then-recently enacted Raise the Age legislation. After watching several trials that summer, Mr. Molinari knew that he wanted to be a litigator.
Before starting with Montefusco Law Group., Mr. Molinari developed litigation experience in medical malpractice and general liability defense before deciding to switch his focus to matrimonial and family law.
Mr. Molinari grew up on the South Shore of Long Island, where he still resides today with his Golden Retriever Teddy. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Molinari worked as a financial advisor helping clients reach their dreams through careful planning.
